3. Fill in the booking form

When you choose the tour and the date you wish to participate, please carefully fill in the Booking Form and send it for a quick reservation. You can also fill in the registration form in PDF format or Word 97. Please download, fill-in, print, sign and fax or post your completed non-electronic reservation form.

Upon receiving confirmation, you will get the necessary pro forma invoice. Payment needs to be made within 10 days; by credit card (Mastercard / Eurocard, Visa or American Express - please note, that our bank takes 4% commission for this transaction), Paypal (please note, that our local bank takes 5% commission for this transaction; this is NOT charged by Paypal!) or bank draft. After deposit payment of 30% of the final sum, we will send our Tour Information Documents - General info about Slovenia, how to get to your first hotel, hotel list. All other items such as route notes & maps will be handed to you during the welcome meeting to make sure they are the most recent versions.
This confirms your booking. The final amount has to be paid at its latest 14 days before arrival at your starting point.
