What do your trips
include?
All trips include hotel
accommodation, luggage transfer, guide maps and
documentation, tourist information materials and a briefing of
our representative upon your arrival in Slovenia. Some tours have
extras such as entrance fees at cultural sights already planned in
the trip.

How difficult are
the trips?
We mark difficulty of
the trips with number of "peaks":

means that no extra fitness is required, easy trip.

mean that participants should have some training and skill for the
tour, daily distances are up to 15 kilometres, some short climbs are
involved.

include hills up to 100 metres and daily distances up to 25
kilometres;

are the most demanding
trips, with hills higher than 100 metres and daily distances of over
25 kilometres.

What types are the
trips?
Round walks start and
end in same place, there is an arranged parking place for your car,
if necessary. "Daisy" walks have one starting point from
where daily trips are taken. Chain walks start in A and end
in B, if necessary a return transfer to the starting point can be
arranged.

Are single rooms
available on all tours?
Yes, however there is a
supplement.

Are support
vehicles available and how is luggage transported?
There are no support vehicles available. However
all clients are given emergency telephone numbers of our office
should need occur. We are reachable almost 24 hour daily. As tours
are conceived as self-guided trips, your luggage is
transported via prearranged transportation with your hotel. You
leave your baggage at the reception of the hotel, it will be
delivered to the next hotel by 5 PM (17:00) the same day.

How about medical
insurances?
Medical insurances should be
arranged in your country before departure.

What else should we
bring?
Your travel documentation
includes suggested packing list. Final decision is yours. It is
easier to travel with as few bags as possible. Ask our staff for
coordinating your whole trip.

Which meals are
included? Is it advisable to book half-board (breakfast and dinner)?
Usually our trip are based
on bed & breakfast accommodation. This includes breakfast. As
supplement, dinner is available, sometimes in a typical restaurant
close to your accommodation. You may expect Central European
cuisine, with local specialities. In case of special need (diets)
let us know in advance. Beverages are not included with meals. The
roadbooks include addresses of alternative places where you can eat
if you don't book half-board in place where you sleep.

How will I get to
the starting point of the tour?
Slovenia is easily reachable
by plane, train or international buses. Participants from outside
Europe may need to "connect" in one of major Central European
cities. We are happy to
give you
information on connecting flights or direct railway connections
to Slovenia.
