How to Get Started

  1. Share your ideas: Tell us what kind of adventure you have in mind — preferred dates, group size, activities, and destinations.
  2. We prepare an initial outline: Based on your wishes, we create a non-binding overview of your custom tour — suggested routes and overnight locations. To help you estimate the overall budget, you can compare it with our regular tours — custom tours are usually priced slightly higher due to additional planning and flexibility.
  3. Confirm and proceed: Once you like the outline and wish to continue, we ask for a 250 EUR design fee. It covers detailed planning, hotel coordination, and price calculation, and is deducted from the final price once the tour is booked. The fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed.
  4. Book and enjoy: After confirming your itinerary, we take care of all logistics — so you can simply enjoy your tailor-made adventure

To help you estimate the overall budget, you can compare it with our regular tours — custom tours are usually priced slightly higher due to additional planning and flexibility. Once you confirm the outline and wish to proceed, a 250 EUR custom tour design fee applies. This amount is later deducted from your final payment once the booking is confirmed.
