Yes. If you confirm the tour booking, the full design fee is deducted from the final tour price.

If you choose not to proceed, the design fee covers the planning work already completed and is therefore non-refundable.

When you are ready, submit your booking request. We will check availability and guide you through the payment and confirmation steps. Your booking becomes binding once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued written booking confirmation.

Your initial enquiry is free and non-binding. If you proceed with detailed itinerary planning, the €250 planning fee is deducted from the final tour price when you book. If you do not book, it is non-refundable once itinerary design has begun, except where applicable law requires a refund.
